鋁板表面處理
  為了鋁板與膠片間之附著力處理處理方式為--(1) 刷磨方式 或 (2) 陽極處理
   
疊合與壓合
  把材料（銅箔、膠片、鋁板 ）送進疊合室進行組合；組合後送進熱壓機進行壓合。
   
貼保護膜
  貼保護膜除了可防止表面刮傷外,亦可防止PCB製程時的藥水攻擊。

  成品如有翹曲需用整平機整平，以符合品質要求。
 
 
   
包裝及出貨
  (1) 依尺寸、規格別將鋁基板以真空包裝方式出貨。 (2)打包帶打包。
