Notice of Fire Incident at Xinpu Plant in Taiwan

Remark:
A fire accident took place at ITEQ’s Xinpu plant in Hsinchu, Taiwan on the 14th of April in the early morning. The fire broke out in its front-end production line and had been fully contained by 3:45AM with no causalities.
Cause of the fire is still under investigation. The Company has full value insurance to cover potential financial and operational losses.
The extent of the damage will require further assessment. Temporary suspended capacity in Xinpu plant will be shifted and supported by ITEQ’s related factories in China, thus the financial and operational impact shall not be material.
