Ethical Management

ITEQ has established a Code of Business Conduct and Ethics as a fundamental structure on which it bases its reputable business operations. The code clearly defines the behavior that contradicts good faith, different forms of benefits, company policies and prevention methods that constitute the core of the corporation’s ethical management. It also authorizes the Chairman to create an Ethical Management SOP and Code of Conduct as guidelines for implementation. According to the behavior guidelines, the main competent authority of ethical management is the Management Committee, which regularly reports the group’s ethical management actions and acts as the point of contact for internal and external issues. We have a dedicated email address for communication and encourage our employees and external stakeholders to contribute to the establishment of good faith. No violations of the ITEQ Corporation Code of Ethical Management or corruption restrictions were reported in 2023. In the future, we shall actively promote the use of the dedicated email address to further our ethical management cause.
